These terms and conditions apply to all bookings made between you and Red Bear. Your acceptance of our quotation or placing of a reservation constitutes your acceptance that our conditions are the only conditions that apply to the contract, notwithstanding any purported terms put forward by you.

a — All prices are quoted at an hourly rate, which starts when our vehicle leaves our base in Winchester and ends when it returns there.

b — The hourly rate is inclusive of mileage, wait time, parking fees and tolls, congestion charges or payment charges. We do not charge VAT.

c — All payments are due in full before Red Bear provides any service.

d — A deposit of 50% is due on placing your booking.

e — The balance is payable in full 3 days (72 hours) before the service unless we have agreed in writing to later payment.

f — Any variations to the original booking which result in more hours will be charged at our standard rate and either charged to the credit card you provided upon booking or billed for immediate payment.

g — Outstanding charges will accrue interest at 4% above Lloyds Bank Base Rate from the date of service.

a — You may cancel a booking up to 3 days in advance for a full refund. Cancellation must be clear and acknowledged: it is your responsibility to tell us as quickly as possible if you need to cancel or change any booking.

b — If you cancel a booking within 24 hours of the start of the hire period, no refund will be due.

c — If the passenger is not at the pick-up point and no message is received by Red Bear within 60 minutes the booking will be treated as cancelled and no refund will be due.

c — Your chauffeur will travel by the most appropriate route on the day, taking account of live traffic information, unless instructed otherwise by you.

d — If you cause any damage to the interior or exterior of our vehicle you will be responsible for the cost of any repair or valeting required to reinstate or make good the damage, together with any loss of income to Red Bear resulting from such damage.

e — Red Bear vehicles are fully insured for passenger and third party claims, but your property is carried entirely at your own risk and Red Bear cannot be held liable for any loss of or damage to such property.

f — Red Bear reserves the right to carry any passenger who is thought to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs and whose behaviour poses a threat to the vehicle or any other person.

g — We have a strict no smoking policy in our vehicles. You may request a smoking break if required.
