What vehicle do you supply?

My Mercedes-Benz C 250d AMG Premium Plus is a stylish black executive car with black leather interior and privacy glass, discreet and comfortable. I can offer other vehicles through partner chauffeur services, please get in touch for details.

How many passengers can you take?

There is room for 3 passengers to be carried in comfort in my chauffeured Mercedes. I can offer larger chauffeur driven cars through my partner drivers, please contact me if you require a different chauffeured vehicle.

What luggage capacity does your car offer?

You can easily fit two suitcases in the boot, and there is plenty of room to carry your
shopping bags and accessories. Your Red Bear chauffeur will remain with the car so if you wish to leave valuables with him they will be secure.

Can I work in the car?

Yes, my car is fitted with Wi-Fi and USB ports for your phones, tablets or laptops. As a professional chauffeur, I respect your confidentiality, and tinted windows help ensure that you have complete privacy.

Can I relax in the car?

Yes, Red Bear cars are chosen for their comfort. A TV, Wi-Fi and advanced Burmester 3D surround sound system are provided for your in-car entertainment. Air conditioning and heated seats ensure that your journey will be relaxing. Our bespoke ‘as directed’ chauffeur will take care of transporting you to your destination quickly and efficiently whilst you sit back and enjoy the journey.

Do you provide phone chargers?

USB charging cables for iPhones and other mobile phones are available on request.

Do you provide bottled mineral water in the vehicle?

Yes, we are happy to provide complimentary bottled mineral water.

Do you operate a non-smoking policy?

Yes, my vehicle and the cars of my partners are all smoke-free. If you are a smoker and require smoking breaks, please let your chauffeur know.

Is your vehicle wheelchair accessible?

Red Bear cars are not adapted for wheelchairs but folded wheelchairs can fit in the boot. Your chauffeur will, of course, be happy to provide any assistance that is required.

Can I bring my pet?

Guide and assistance dogs are always welcome in Red Bear chauffeur-driven vehicles. Other pets are carried at our discretion. Dogs must be muzzled (excepting small lap-dogs kept on the lap) and on a lead, and kept on a pad to protect the car interior. Small pets can be carried in a suitable cage. Red Bear reserves the right to make an additional charge if there is any soiling or damage to the vehicle.

What if I leave something in the car?

Your driver will always try to ensure you have all your belongings, but if something is left in the car by accident we will, of course, do our best to help return it to you. Contact Red Bear as soon as you become aware you may have left something so that we can search the vehicle. We will arrange with you a suitable way to return any such items.

Is there a minimum charge?

Yes. My minimum charge is for 2 hours of private hire chauffeur service, timed to and from Red Bear’s base in Winchester, Hampshire. For this all-inclusive rate, you will receive reliable, courteous, security conscious and knowledgeable chauffeur service, and I will be at your service throughout the trip.

What does your charge of £50 an hour include?

Everything! I don’t charge extra for fuel or mileage, tolls or parking fees, congestion or emission zone charges, which other companies do. You just pay Red Bear a simple hourly rate. The cost per hour includes VAT and any transaction fee for your payment. No surprise add-ons, so you know exactly what you will pay.

Red Bear pricing is simple and easy to calculate so you are always in control of the cost.

Do you charge extra on weekends and Bank Holidays?

No, I always charge the same rate of £50 an hour. Red Bear chauffeur pricing is the same whether you need day or evening hire, concert or event transport, cruise or airport transfers. Whatever you want to do, wherever you want to go, it’s easy to calculate the cost of my chauffeur service.

What if I think I have overpaid?

If you think you have paid more than the appropriate number of hours, please get in touch as soon as possible so that we can investigate. Red Bear prides itself on clear and simple pricing so we want you to be happy that you have paid the correct sum for the chauffeur service provided.

My partner chauffeurs and I are always smartly dressed in suit and tie and provide a luxury, professional service. Helpful and courteous, we will take care of your bags, open doors for you and treat you with respect. We will handle any errands or problems for you during your trip so that your time is as productive and enjoyable as possible.

Yes, all our partner chauffeurs are discreet and have signed confidentiality agreements. What is discussed in the car remains private. If you want to talk our chauffeurs are always happy to chat, but if you prefer quiet they will, of course, give you complete privacy.

If I am collecting you from an airport or seaport I will wait in a suitable place with a name

We cover London, Hampshire and everywhere in between. We provide chauffeur services across the UK, including airports and seaports, major cities, rural retreats and anywhere else you want to go. We can arrange custom tours to suit you, provide transport for business or family guests, or just make sure you can get to a special event without the hassle.

Where is your Head Office?

We are based in Winchester, Hampshire and all chauffeur services are charged starting from (and ending at) that base. Our customers know that there is a 4-hour minimum charge and are prepared to pay this for the high-quality chauffeur service we provide.

How do I book your luxury chauffeur service?

Please complete Red Bear chauffeur’s booking form, or get in touch by email or other messaging services for bookings. We will get back to you with confirmation. Your booking is complete once you have made payment.

Must I book in advance?

Yes, we usually need 48 hours’ notice to ensure that we can provide your chauffeur service. However, we are sometimes able to take last-minute bookings, depending on availability. Please call us if you need urgent transport and we will do our best to help.

When do I pay for my booking?

You pay a 50% deposit to secure your booking. The balance is paid prior to your journey or on the day of travel. In rare cases where there is no time to pay in advance, I can take a direct card payment in person.

How do I pay for my booking?

We accept all major forms of payment, including debit and credit cards. Payments for on-demand bookings or for excess hours can be taken from our in-car terminals or using mobile apps. You can also pay directly to our bank account using your full name as reference:
